Terms of service
These Terms of Service apply to the use of Hkyunsheng .com and purchases made from Hkyunsheng . They should be read together with the Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.
Orders and payment
By placing an order, you confirm that you can legally make the purchase or have the permission of a parent or guardian where required. Provide accurate contact, delivery, and payment information. Payment methods available for your order are shown during checkout.
Prices and shipping charges are in U.S. dollars. Standard shipping is free without a minimum purchase, while expedited shipping costs $15. Applicable taxes and the final order total are displayed before payment is submitted.
An order confirmation acknowledges that we received the order request. Fulfillment depends on payment confirmation and item availability. If an item is unavailable or a material listing error affects the order, we will contact you about the available options. A paid order that we cancel will be refunded to the original payment method.
Product information and safe use
Read each product listing for its contents, specifications, age guidance, and warnings. Display settings can affect the way colors appear on your screen. Follow the instructions supplied with an item. Products with small parts may require adult supervision and may not be suitable for young children.
Processing and delivery
Orders normally require 1-2 business days for processing after payment confirmation. After dispatch, standard transit is estimated at 7-15 business days and expedited transit at 5-8 business days. Tracking is provided after dispatch. The Shipping Policy explains delivery estimates and assistance for overdue parcels.
For a cancellation or address correction, contact us as soon as possible. We will check the order status and whether the requested change can still be made. After dispatch, the return process may be required.
Returns and refunds
Returns and exchanges may be requested within 30 calendar days after receipt. Hkyunsheng pays return postage for all return reasons and charges no restocking or handling fees. Exchange availability, price differences, and replacement delivery arrangements are explained before an exchange is completed.
Refunds are made to the original payment method and reach your account within 10 calendar days after we receive the returned item, including checking and processing. Follow the Return and Refund Policy for the request procedure and the 7-day notice for damaged or incorrect deliveries.
Appropriate website use
Use the website and checkout lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security or operation, submit fraudulent transactions, or misuse another person's account. Respect intellectual property rights in website and product content. A purchase does not grant permission to reproduce or commercially reuse protected content.
Website access may occasionally be interrupted by maintenance or technical problems. These terms do not exclude consumer protections, liability, or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Changes to these terms will be published without retrospectively removing rights attached to existing purchases.
